Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bintry offers new customers the opportunity to try the platform risk-free.

• The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to new customers and is valid only for the first purchase of a Bintry subscription.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase.
• After this 7-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable.
• The money-back guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals, upgrades, additional purchases, or customers who have previously received a refund.
• Bintry reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases of fraud, abuse, or attempts to circumvent this policy, including the creation of multiple accounts.

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.

To prevent automatic renewal, your subscription must be cancelled at least 14 calendar days before the next renewal date.

If a subscription is cancelled after this deadline, it will automatically renew for the next billing period and remain active until the end of that period. No full or partial refunds will be issued.

After the 7-day refund period has expired, subscription fees are non-refundable, whether or not the platform is actively used.

From time to time, Bintry may offer promotional discounts, including introductory offers such as 50% off the first month of a subscription.

The following terms apply to all promotional offers:

• Promotional offers are available only to new customers, unless stated otherwise.
• Discounts apply only to the first billing period and do not apply to subsequent renewals.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
• If a subscription is not cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy, it will automatically renew at the standard subscription price.
• Bintry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
